Who We Are
Ultra Corpotech Inc., in Conroe, Texas, is the American subsidiary of Ultra Corpotech Pvt Ltd, an engineering and contract manufacturing group founded in Pune, India, in 1991. We serve customers across the United States and Canada from Conroe, bringing a local point of contact together with the group’s manufacturing depth.

Your project starts with UCI in Conroe, Texas. Our 100-acre site anchors a North American operation built around manufacturing, assembly and customer supply programs, with deliveries across the United States and Canada.
Behind UCI is Ultra Corpotech Pvt Ltd, founded by Ashok N. Bhosle as Ultra Engineers in Pune in 1991. Today the group brings 4,500+ people, 650+ machine tools and 18 manufacturing facilities across 10 Pune locations to precision machining, fabrication and mechanical integration. Ashok N. Bhosle starts the company in Pune, making dies and moulds, precision components, jigs and fixtures.

CNC machining for energy
A CNC and VMC facility opens to serve the energy sector.

Machined components for the pumping and drilling side of the industry.

Coatings and threading
Molykote, zinc and manganese phosphate coatings, and approval for proprietary threadings.

Earth-moving equipment
A dedicated unit for earth-moving equipment opens in Chakan.

Laser cladding and brazing
Two new special processes join the group’s surface engineering.

Galvanizing in-house
A new hot-dip galvanizing plant, with expanded fabrication and machining.

Room to grow
The group’s development program includes two additional facilities at Nighoje, identified as under construction, alongside the UCI development plan in Texas.

A rural development program with health services, disaster-management resources and safety equipment; support for orphanages and childcare; badminton sponsorship; and three dialysis machines donated to a hospital in Pune.
